We understand that communication with those who use American Sign Language can be difficult. We support that total access to communication is necessary and that hiring an Ameican Sign Language interpreter for business meetings, etc. is appropiate. For immediate needs or emergencies when a sign language interpreter is not present, it is the company's responsibility to ensure that adequate communication takes place.
